Abstract
Building a clear routing of children with heart defects is an important task of the healthcare system in the region. The formed threelevel
system of organization of medical care and close cooperation with federal centers for the treatment of children with congenital
heart diseases makes it possible to use the capacities of medical organizations as efficiently as possible. Congenital heart diseases in
children make a significant contribution to the structure of infant mortality, in this connection, it is necessary to develop and strengthen
diagnostics at the prenatal stage, including optimizing the work of the prenatal consultation.
