Abstract
A case of a successful cone reconstruction of the tricuspid valve at the child 5 year 3 months. The operation was performed with cardiopulmonary
bypass, hypothermia and cardioplegia. The early postoperative period was uneventful. Echocardiography results
showed a good hemodynamic correction effect at discharge: there was no regurgitation on the tricuspid valve, peak systolic gradient
on the tricuspid valve was 9 mm Hg.
