Abstract
The article describes a case of effective rehabilitation of a patient with the right lung atelectasis after complex congenital heart disease corrective surgery. The necessity of a multidisciplinary approach in medical rehabilitation is emphasized. In addition, modern ideas about the mechanisms of the physiological influence of these factors on the patient's body, and the logic of their application in this case, are briefly outlined. When describing each therapeutic physical factor, the main clinical and physiological purpose of its appointment is highlighted. A description of the treatment methods, parameters of therapeutic physical factors, exposure time and multiplicity are also given. The principles of combination of different therapeutic factors in cardiorespiratory rehabilitation are described, taking into account personalized approach and characteristics of the patient’s postoperative course.
