Abstract
The combination of severe congenital aortic valve stenosis with stenosis and severe mitral valve insufficiency in the neonatal period is a rare congenital anomaly that is associated with high morbidity and mortality, especially in combination with additional structural anomalies or comorbidities. In this study we present the case of successful repair of simultaneous correction of concomitant valvular pathology and tried to justify a surgical strategy for patients with similar anatomical variants of congenital heart diseases.
