Abstract
The right atrial appendage aneurysm is an extremely rare congenital heart anomaly, which is considered a predictor of sudden death. In pediatric population, only a few clinical observations have been reported in the literature. We presents a case of successful surgical treatment of the right atrial aneurysm appendage in a 7-year-old patient.
