Аннотация
Тенденция к увеличению популяции недоношенных детей остро ставит вопрос о перспективах лечения маловесных и недоношенных детей с врожденными пороками сердца (ВПС). Эти пациенты подвержены множеству осложнений, поскольку, помимо критически низкой массы тела и физиологической «неготовности» всех систем и органов к внеутробному функционированию, имеют патологическое кровообращение, обусловленное ВПС. Примечательно то, что в шкалы стратификации риска развития осложнений после кардиохирургического вмешательства не включены особенности течения беременности и развития плода. Данный обзор литературы посвящен анализу перинатальных факторов риска развития неблагоприятного исхода у недоношенных детей с ВПС при хирургическом лечении.
