Аннотация
История хирургического лечения частичного аномального дренажа легочных вен (ЧАДЛВ) насчитывает более 70 лет. За этот внушительный период времени было предложено множество различных вариантов радикальной хирургической коррекции порока. Однако, несмотря на накопленный опыт и разнообразие методов оперативного лечения, в настоящее время количество осложнений после вмешательства остается на достаточно высоком уровне, в связи с чем поиск «идеальной» методики продолжается. В данном обзоре представлены этапы развития хирургического лечения различных форм ЧАДЛВ, а также результаты основных видов вмешательств.
