Аннотация
Несмотря на успехи, достигнутые в лечении коарктации аорты, отдаленные результаты до сих пор нельзя назвать удовлетворительными. Продолжительность жизни у этих пациентов меньше, чем в общей популяции, сохраняется высокая частота возникновения рецидивов и артериальной гипертен- зии. Гипоплазия дуги аорты часто встречается не только у новорожденных с коарктацией аорты, но и в других возрастных группах. В последние годы широко обсуждается роль этого фактора в развитии таких осложнений, как рекоарктация, рецидивная и резидуальная артериальная гипертензия, форми- рование аневризм в зоне реконструкции.
