Аннотация
В статье подробно рассматриваются факторы, удлиняющие период нахождения новорожденных в стационаре после операции по коррекции врожденного порока сердца, проводится комплексный анализ результатов лечения данной категории больных, даются рекомендации по оптимизации процесса транспортировки, патогенетического дооперационного ведения критических новорожденных с врожденными пороками сердца.
