Abstract
The factors that prolong the stay period of infants in hospital after operation for correction of congenital heart defect are considered in details. The complex analysis of results in treatment for this category of patients was performed. Recommendations are given according to optimization of the transportation process, pathogenetic preoperative management of neonates with critical congenital heart defects.
