Аннотация
Дефект межжелудочковой перегородки (ДМЖП) является одним из наиболее распространенных врожденных пороков сердца.
Большие ДМЖП со значимым артериовенозным сбросом, как правило, корригируются в детском возрасте. В то же время
существует значительное число пациентов с небольшими ДМЖП, доживших до взрослого возраста. В обзоре приведены
данные литературы об особенностях естественного течения ДМЖП, спектре осложнений, развивающихся у взрослых
пациентов, методиках и результатах оперативного лечения.
