Аннотация
Представлены два случая гемодинамической коррекции единственного желудочка сердца у пациентов раннего возраста с
субаортальной обструкцией. В качестве метода коррекции обструкции использована процедура Damus–Kaye–Stansel
в модификации аортолегочного анастомоза конец в бок. В одном случае она выполнена во время первого этапа коррекции,
в другом – одновременно с операцией Фонтена. Получен хороший результат
