Abstract
Two cases have been reported as for the hemodynamic correction of the heart single ventricle in infants presenting with subaortic
obstruction. As a technique of obstruction correction the Damus-Kaye-Stansel operation was used in modification of the end-to-side aortopulmonary
anastomosis. In one case the operation was performed during the first stage of correction and in the other case simultaneously
with the Fontan operation. The good result was achieved.
