Аннотация
Врожденные аномалии коронарных артерий являются патологией, превентивная диагностика которой крайне важна как при сочетании с другими врожденными пороками сердца, так и при отсутствии сопутствующих аномалий сердца. В статье представлено описание редкого случая сочетания дефекта межжелудочковой перегородки с аномалией отхождения коронарных артерий от аорты.
