Abstract
Congenital anomalies of the coronary arteries are a rare pathology. The diagnosis of this pathology is very important in patients with other congenital heart defects or as isolated anomaly. In the article we describe a rare case successful treatment the infant with an anomaly origin of the coronary arteries from the aorta and ventricular septal defect.
