Аннотация
Дефект межпредсердной перегородки – один из самых частых врожденных пороков сердца. По мере развития кардиохирургии закрытие дефектов межпредсердной перегородки все чаще выполняют эндоваскулярным путем. Одним из редких, но наиболее серьезных осложнений после имплантации окклюдера является развитие эрозии. В статье представлен случай эрозивного осложнения после эндоваскулярного закрытия дефекта межпредсердной перегородки у ребенка в возрасте 5 лет на третьи сутки после имплантации окклюдера с развитием тампонады сердца.
