Аннотация
Наличие добавочной левой верхней полой вены (ДЛВПВ) является одним из самых распространенных пороков развития
венозной системы и очень часто сочетается с другими врожденными пороками сердца. В редких случаях данная патология
клинически проявляется развитием хронической гипоксии, и требуется хирургическое лечение. В статье описаны два
варианта перемещения ДВЛПВ в зависимости от места ее впадения в полость левого предсердия.
