Abstract
Persistent of left superior vena cava is the most common anomaly of systemic venous return and very frequently associated with other congenital
heart defects. In rare cases it can manifest in the form of chronic hypoxia and require surgical treatment. The article is described
two variants of left superior vena cava translocation, depend of site of insertion to the left atrium.
