Аннотация
Аномалии отхождения коронарных артерий (КА) от легочной артерии встречаются редко, частный случай отхождения КА от
правой легочной артерии (ПЛА) встречается еще реже. В настоящем описании случая представлено хирургическое лечение
аномального отхождения огибающей ветви (ОВ) левой коронарной артерии от ПЛА ребенка в возрасте 4 лет 11 мес. Метод
коррекции заключался в реимплантации аномально отходящей ОВ в аорту. Пациент обследован через 6 мес после хирургического вмешательства: состояние удовлетворительное, отмечено умеренное уменьшение полости левого желудочка.
