Abstract
Anomalies of the discharge of the coronary artery (CA) is rare, a particular case of separation of the CA from the right pulmonary
artery (PLA) is even less common. In the present description of the case, the surgical treatment of an abnormal discharge of the circumflex
branch (Cx) of the left coronary artery from the PLA is presented in a child aged 4 years and 11 months. The correction
method was choised by reimplantation an abnormally discharging agent into the aorta. The patient was examined 6 months after surgery
– the state is satisfactory, a moderate decrease in the cavity of the left ventricle was observed.
