Abstract
Endovascular embolization with liquid adhesives is the main method of treatment of the Galen’s vein arteriovenous malformations. However, despite the 90% survival rate, one of the complications of this procedure is migration of adhesive composite into the pulmonary artery, the clinical picture of which is variable and depends on the volume and size of the migrated embolizate, as well as the degree of lung damage. This article presents a case of surgical correction of massive pulmonary embolism with glue composite during endovascular occlusion of arteriovenous shunt.
