Abstract
The case has been reported as for the diagnostics and successful surgical treatment of rare combination of congenital heart disease and pathology
of coagulation system in the form of thrombophilia. Three year old patient who underwent the radical correction of Taussig - Bing syndrome
at the age of 1 month, with bilateral iliofemoral thrombosis and occlusion of the superior vena cava, has undergone the hybrid surgery
for eliminating of stenosis of the pulmonary artery. The case manifests the current possibilities of diagnostics and successful surgical repair of
the rare combination of pathologies by the technique of hybrid stenting of the pulmonary artery
