Abstract
This article describes a case of 2 years 7 months old child with a genetic Williams–Beuren syndrome who underwent successful correction
of rare congenital heart disease – supravalvular aortic stenosis. Examination revealed a local hourglass narrowing of the aorta at sinotubular
junction with pressure gradient of 70 mmHg and moderate local pulmonary stenosis. Aortoplasty with autopericardium using
technique described by McGoon was performed with good immediate outcome.
