Abstract
This paper describes a rare congenital heart disease (CHD) – corrected transposition of the great arteries (ccTGA) with ventricular septal defect
(VSD), which was complicated by the natural course of progressive insufficiency of the arterial atrioventricular valve and infective endocarditis
aortic valve, leading to severe valve insufficiency with progressive deterioration of the patient. Correctly chosen treatment strategy yielded a good
result.
