Abstract
Study of long-term results in patients after complete repair of tetralogy of Fallot, in a fairly large number of cases reveals complications, in which repeated surgery or intervention is indicated. Tricuspid valve insufficiency takes the important place of these complications. The most frequent cases of tricuspid valve insufficiency after complete repair of tetralogy of Fallot are iatrogenic leaflet or
subvalvular apparatus injury, and right ventricle deterioration as the result of severe pulmonary regurgitation, residual ventricular septal
defect and the leftover obstruction of the right ventricle outflow tract. This report is dedicated to a rare congenital heart anomaly -
tetralogy of Fallot with left pulmonary artery agenesis, complicated by tricuspid valve infective endocarditis in the late follow-up.
