Abstract
Truncus arteriosus call threshold at which the base of the heart departs from one vessel providing systemic and coronary circulation,
a single valving ring trunk and pulmonary arteries extend from its ascending part. Only 12% of patients with truncus arteriosus have
a common true agenesia one of the branches of the pulmonary artery.
