Abstract
We have presented the surgical treatment technique of extremely hard congenital heart defect – the lung trunk atresia with ventricular
septal defect and major aortopulmonary collateral arteries. The choice of a single- or multi-stage correction of this heart disease
is still a problem. Each surgical way has its advantages and disadvantages. One of the key elements in the solution of this problem is
the major aortopulmonary collateral arteries unifocalisation technique identification. This point is unique from patient to patient. The
clinic of this defect requires close dynamic observation. The main purpose is to ensure a good long-term result..
