Abstract
Surgical treatment of double-outlet right ventricle is one of the most complex issues of modern pediatric cardiac surgery. Because of wide anatomical variability a standard approach to its surgical treatment is absent. Assessment of intracardiac structures which define indications and contraindications to each type of operation is crucial. Nowadays any protocols or standard approaches for decisionmaking for specific anatomy of the disease are absent. In this article we present revision algorithm of intracardiac structures determining the possibility of performing appropriate operation as well as surgical decision-making for each type of the disease.
