Abstract
Objective. To describe the surgical technique of cone reconstruction in the original modification.
Material and methods. The study included 46 observations. The technique consists of dissection of the endocardial part of the atrialized zone of the right ventricle in order to use the obtained material for cone reconstruction.
Results. While performing operations according to the suggested technique in our hospital, use of additional synthetic materials was not required in any observation as well as there was no necessity to perform the operation of the bidirectional cavopulmonary anastomosis.
Conclusion. The absence of lethal outcomes and complications in the postoperative period in the form of heart rhythm disturbances convince us of the effectiveness of the chosen tactics.
