Abstract
We present three clinical cases of arterial switch conversion after Mustard procedure. Systemic right ventricle failure, tricuspid insufficiency,
heart rhythm disorders, pulmonary vein stenosis and stenosis of vena cava are well-known complications of Mustard procedure
in follow up. That is why we performed arterial switch conversion after atrial switch operations. The indications for conversion
were pulmonary vein stenosis and stenosis of vena cava in our cases. Left ventricle training for systemic function is a reason for pulmonary
artery banding. These cases demonstrate possibilities of arterial switch conversion and indicate the efficacy of the procedure
in the middle follow up period.
